These terms apply to all services, infoproducts, and goods provided by PrivatBudget Akademie. They outline rights, obligations, and processes for enrollment, access, and post-delivery matters.

3. User Requirements

Users must provide accurate registration data and valid payment details. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Services

Our services include live workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and guided group seminars. Service availability and schedules are as described on our website.

5. Infoproducts

Infoproducts consist of recorded courses, downloadable guides, and digital templates. Access is granted upon successful completion of payment.

6. Goods

Goods involve physical items such as workbooks, planners, and printed materials delivered to your address.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on privatbudget.com and are exclusive of any administrative charges. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Access to services and products is granted upon full clearance of payment.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Services

If you cancel a service at least 14 days prior to its scheduled start, we will issue a full refund of the paid fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before start incur a 50% charge of the fee. No refunds are available within 6 days of the start date, as resources will have been allocated. Refunds are processed within 21 days by credit card reversal or bank transfer.

8.2 Infoproducts

Due to the immediate digital access, infoproducts are non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

8.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Shipping costs for sending back are borne by the user. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the paid fee via the original payment method within 30 days.

9. Rescheduling of Services

You may request a one-time rescheduling of a service up to 7 days before its start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved via our support channel. No rescheduling is possible within 6 days of the original date.
